The Pâtisserie collection features four designs: Crepe, Galette, Tarte, and Éclair. Each shell is distinct in shape, while still complimenting one another, to allow users to create color and shell contrast using the same design language.

Not only does this collection have unique shell designs, but also a notable thick-to-thin element in the back, accomplished by a plywood technology called skiving. This feature provides strength to the shell, while giving it a very thin and sophisticated profile.
